Wagmore New Client Packet – This packet will provide us with important information regarding your home, your pet(s) and emergency release forms. Please complete this form prior to your Meet and Greet. Please print 2 copies and submit the completed form via email (button at the end of the form).

Pet Sitting Reservation Request Form – Now you can submit your pet sitting requests online! Please note that service is not guaranteed until confirmed by your sitter. We will respond to your request within two business days. Please submit requests at least 7 days prior to start of service. ($20 last minute reservation fee)

Dog Walking Information Form –This form will allow you to customize your dog’s daily dog walking experience! Just fill it out once and you’re done.

You will need Adobe Reader version 8.1 or higher to complete the following forms.
