A Farewell Message from Wagmore's Previous Owner

I started Wagmore (then called Watch Dogs) in the summer of 2007. My goal was to create long lasting, personal relationships with my clients and to provide professional, high quality service for their pets and homes. Well...and to hang out with animals all day! I can't tell you how much fun I had and how surprised and touched I was by the fantastic people who became my clients.

In the summer of 2009, Anthony (my better half of five years) and I decided to move back to the state where we met during college. So Anthony headed off to Durango, Colorado and I stayed behind to find a new caretaker for this very personal and very beloved business. When I met Sam and Bequita I liked them immediately. We bonded over an obscure Mel Brookes movie quote and knew that it was meant to be. The day I got the call from Bequita telling me that they would love to buy the business was the most bi-polar day of my life. I experienced leaps of joy and bouts of tears. However, the transition period was smooth and easy and I couldn't have asked for more wonderful people to entrust with what had become more than just a business. To all my previous clients, I will miss you and wish you and your pets all the best. And to all the new clients, I want you to know that you will be in very good hands. I promise to be back to visit and take pictures so I will see you all then!
